IT Managers

Just wanted to throw out a warm welcome to everyone.

I know the old /r/ITManagers was not the most active, so I know this might be even less active than that, but if you have any questions about being an IT manager, are looking for resources to help manage your team, or just general leadership questions, please feel free to ask!

Personally, I am a IT Director with a technical background. I like the coaching aspect of my job the most, so I really like to focus on that. I am currently working towards a coaching certification that I hope to get by the end of the year.

I'd love to hear more about your backgrounds if you like to share.
