This sweet millions plant has been a chonker since I got it.

Was the first one with any maters on it. Today, when I was fixing the ties to the trellis, I knocked a small green tomato off.

Of course, I had to taste it. Even green it was delicious... though it had an interesting apple flavor and bite to it.

Interesting, can't say I've tasted a tomato with an apple flavor before, I'd be curious to try.

It almost had that like... sweetness that you may get off a good green apple... but still as a tomato. I'm not sure how to describe it, honestly.

It could totally be that my brain was tricking me because the firmness and the way it gave when biting into it was akin to an apple.

Who knows.

Although now I wanna science it up and figure out if you could cross an apple and tomato.

Hah, I feel like that'd be a pretty large species jump, but I'd buy seeds of an apple-tomato hybrid in a heartbeat 😂
