I really hope that the mixed use buildings actually function as such and aren't just housing with a purely cosmetic commercial floor.

I'd seen the video and was sceptical because they weren't very explicit with regard to the functionality, but the dev diary (which I hadn't read) is reassuring.

I really like the idea of different levels of density. Just having low and high density forced everything into one of two extremes.

Keen on the mixed dwellings, much more realistic. I wonder if they'll just be a single level of commercial and the rest residential or if it'll be dynamic. There's some big complexes with multiple levels of commercial followed by a big highrise on top
