Interesting lineup... I do like the Rodman Williams combo, but I'm guessing it'll be Smith, Morgan, Rodman. During some of the 'easier' group games I'm guessing Morgan and Rapino will be subbed on together, and if they connect well, as they have in the past, I could see Smith or Williams getting more starts at the 9.

I think we're especially likely to see Morgan and Rapine be subbed on together if there's a game that looks likely to go to pks, since they are exactly who you want to have on the pitch in that situation.
