MODERATORS
To make matters worse, the Flyers (3rd in the Metro) are only one point above us, and they’ve played one more game than we have. That said, we have a very tough schedule—multiple games against the Bruins, Leafs, Canes, and Wings. Granted, these are all teams we’d need to face in the playoffs anyway.
We don't want that sort of negativity in this post sir...
Nah, I don't think they make it in, but they've certainly given themselves a chance, which is something considered where they were a few weeks ago.

RESULT: Caps win, 5-2, advancing one point above the Wings for that second wild card spot and just one point behind the Flyers for that third spot in the Metro.
