I wrote this a while ago but wanted to share it in this new writing community! I hope someone enjoys it!

Staring at myself

My face does not look right

My thoughts jump to and fro

One embarrassment after another

I disassociate slightly

Who would I be now if not for those moments

Would I be

Or would I be

A stranger

Who am I now

Who should I become

All at once or bit by

Bit?

Round and round the mind goes until

My screen turns back on

And ignorant I become

Once more

Again just
