Flipper Zero is a portable multi-tool for pentesters and geeks in a toy-like body. It loves to hack digital stuff around such as radio protocols, access control systems, hardware and more. It's fully opensource and customizable so you can extend it in whatever way you like.

Okay so since the flipper can send radio signals, would it be possible somehow to figure out what channel a TV is on and send signals of that channel's frequency to display stuff on the TV? Or am I completely misunderstanding the whole way this works

The transmitters on the FZ are not made for sending TV signals. You also need to have a license to transmit on TV frequencies (generally speaking).

Okay, could it be done with some external module?

Probably. You would need to get an NTSC encoder and an amplifier, plus a ton of passives.
