Every car I’ve been in lets you control the fan speed independently from temperature. Pretend the temperature readout is your old slider that went from red to blue, and adjust fan speed to your preference.
But of all the things to be annoyed with on modern cars, that’s one of the things that works pretty well. Set it at 70 and never think about it again.
