I haven't been keeping up with these spoilers, what does it mean by committing a crime!?!?
It just got revealed in the first look so easy to miss
Whenever you cast a spell or activate an ability that targets an opponent, or their stuff (spells, permanents, hand, library, graveyard) you are committing a 'crime'.
