Day 14. Let's get at er! Still hanging in here! Busy morning today, but that's just fine with me. I think my damned old body is starting to adjust to sobriety! Somewhat, anyways.. Sleep is finally getting better, maybe not what I'd call regular, just yet. But definitely much better!
I will not drink with you today!

Thank you! Best couple of weeks I've had in years! (In some ways, anyways..) Tough in others. But, I've gotten to a place where I'm feeling consistently better day by day. And even the worst days are better than my best days being shitfaced.
2 weeks is HUGE so stoked for you!!!
Thanks! Pretty stoked for myself and stoked for everyone else here! It's good to have people healing together. It really makes a difference.

OMG I used to joke about my Pepsi IV. I bought a cirkle bottle in December and that is my new addiction LOL
Yeah… I’m trying to cut back on caffeine a bit now. I realized I can’t trade one addiction for another. I’ll have to check out cirkle. I have a sodastream that has been nice. The carbonation helps me stay full between meals and not snack too much. Trying to lose the weight I’ve gained from my past heavy drinking and inactivity from the pandemic.
