Itβs almost like the rules are arbitrarily enforced over there π
Anti-censorship
Censorship is bad, and is often difficult to seek accountability for (because such attempts are themselves censored).
This community exists as a safe place to report on instances and patterns of censorship among pro-GME, pro-DRS, and financial transparency accounts/content.
RULE: Due to the unfortunate risk of escalating tensions, please limit content in this community to factual record. Please do not include commentary on presumed motivations, intentions, shillery, name-calling, etc. If such commentary is included in screenshots, it must be redacted out.
The person who brought up Lemmy received a permanent ban from that subreddit as well.
Surprised I didn't get a ban for explaining what it is
Their focus seems to be more on any communities inside of Lemmy rather than Lemmy istelf, but the Twitter comparison I made on another thread still stands imo. How is one brigading and not the other?
Edit: also thank you for being here! So glad to see more good apes coming and checking the platform out.
Itβs almost as though somebody doesn't want us to share the knowledge and be able to talk freely, I wonder why π£+π= ππ
Flair is the way π
