Though, from some quick searching, I don't think the source for this series is particularly ecchi.
I used the romaji in the title for this one because that is what Crunchyroll decided to use. If you want to know the translation, it would literally translate to something along the lines of "Somehow, I Started Living With a NEET Otaku Kunoichi." However, I don't think there is an official English title (yet), and that is why every source I found used the romaji.
