Rule 1: Don't ridicule

Steamed dim sims and airfried chicken nuggs on the beach for me.

Dipping sauce for dims will be soy, rice wine vinegar and sesame oil with fresh chilli from the garden and sweet chilli with franks red hawt chilli sauce for nuggs (with a little homegrown basil leaf on each nugg for helf).

I have a good feeling about transporting the steamed dims but the nuggets I am worried about.

You could wrap them in foil but that means they maybe a bit limp when ready to eat.

You are spot on about what spag bol is. Dim sims are a form of dumplings but aussie version. Can be steamed or fried.

Dim sims

I'm good. Thanks for asking!

I'm getting a bbq pork omelette on rice, vegetarian spring rolls and a coconut milk shake. Late dinner tonight.
