Some 25-odd years ago when I was quite a bit more into online chat, there was one channel regular who went by the nickname therapist.

You can probably see where this is going.

He seemed nice enough. It was just low-hanging fruit, yanno?

It wasn’t long before he changed his nick to the_therapist :)
