One of the communities I subscribe to, AI Generated [email protected] I can see here, post here but my posts stay here and don't get seen outside of this instance. The posts I've made on other instances to that group are not available here nor are any of the posts by any other users unless they are from this instance. Are you defederated from sh.itjust.works?

EDIT: Just checked and the other communities I'm subscribed to from that instance work fine so it's just that one community.
