He has pretty much spearheaded the reformation to bring us back in line with the clubs ethos and helped bridged the gap that had formed with the fans, just to name a few.

I don't feel like his project is complete.

Yep. Whether you think he makes the right decisions tactically or not, before he came in the Arsenal fanbase was in shambles and he and his team were able to make so many people fall back in love with the club. That's absolutely something to be proud of.

I don't think he's leaving until a CL is won. Could see him being the next Wenger. Personally still worry about Everton going down in case he cares about that enough to leave but yea

Looks like he was linked with a few different clubs, not sure how true all are. I saw Spurs, Chelsea, Newcastle and Arsenal mentioned.

I'd rather Brentford than any of those three.
