I have come to the point that I don't respect the reporter if it has this kind of title on it. I saw one this week that said bloodbath when people were being laid off. Like really? How many were killed in this bloodbath.
Reporters don't have full control over their headlines. Once turned in the editorial staff(probably a single person) goes at it.
Someone, somewhere, along the line needs to be slapped and I am not very particular.

I don't understand how shutting the border down can help when it is "overwhelmed." What are the immigrants going to do, settle in Monterrey? No, they will still be at the border. If it is getting overwhelmed, it sounds like they need more capacity to me.
We're talking about people who regularly float shooting and killing immigrants. They don't care what happens to them as long as it happens on the other side of the wall.
Can't the dude just use an executive order? I mean he did it for a lot of other dumb (in my opinion) shit why can't he just do it for this?
