Huge disparity between Memmy and desktop site (self.memmy)

My Memmy feed is comprised of posts from my subscribed communities but most of the posts are sub 100 votes and have at most a few dozen comments.

I log into Lemmy on my laptop however and the posts in my feed have thousands of votes and dozens or hundreds of comments. Is there something I’m doing wrong? New to the fediverse

Are your default sort options different on the website and on Memmy? Try to change the default settings to be similar, for example, Type: Subscribed Sort Type: Hot

Setting it to active rather than hot fixed it!

They are both set to subscribed and hot
