What a shit show - why would this data ever need to be uploaded anywhere, at all, and if it really does, why not encrypted where only the owner has the decryption keys. It's like a 15 year old designed the system at tesla.
I'm sure they had great engineers before the 52-year-old-going-on-15 Edgelord took over and started actively influencing the company.
