Didn't the Lakers use like 1 center and 2 PFs total In the playoffs?
I'm not saying that was a good idea, but it does seem like the positions don't matter as much as they had in the past.

Yeah the NBA is definitely more "positionless" these days. A lot of teams just play 1 rim protector and 4 interachangeable wings/guards.
