It looks like Nintendo initially posted incorrect information and we automatically used it, sorry!
Maintenance starts from the 23rd of January (Tuesday) at 12am GMT to 25th of January (Thursday) at 2am GMT.
Correction is available on SplatoonJP and SplatoonNA (they reposted instead of correcting lol), thanks @oatmealdome for the information.

Also based on this information, it's possible that version 6.1.0 releases on January 25th at 1am GMT with patch notes being posted a day prior.
