Cases like this are interesting, but likely a genetic fluke. It's not like anyone can do what he does and get the same result.

I had a great uncle that split 94 fence posts on his 94th birthday, because his kids mentioned it might be time to leave the farm and go to a retirement home.

Dude smoked a pack a day and drank a fifth of whiskey.

He just won the generic lottery and was a picture of good health till he died one night in his sleep.

I'm not going to start smoking a pack a day and drinking a fifth if whiskey because I think it'll keep me healthy tho.

40 minutes on a rowing machine would help most people, but virtually no one will see these results.

Also, if you happen to be nearish to a body of water, it turns out there's specialized machine for this type of training, it's called a row boat. As for me, I'm showing up tomorrow with my rowboat at the lap swimming pool. LoL
