Notable from the article: the option is disabled for mouse-and-keyboard players so this is to target tools meant to force it back on for an edge.

My goal is just to have a community where people can go and see what new game news is out for the day and comment on it.

I'm shocked that it was even able to be activated for most and keyboard... Even with tools. :(
Why do people have to be such losers?
Some people have so little going for them that winning imaginary gun battles is the only thing that makes them feel powerful. But they're not even good enough at the game to do it on their own, so they cheat and trick themselves into feeling good about it.
Noooo only people with controller can have the built in aimbot
Ok now turn it off for controller users lmao
I think we just need to separate m&kb users from controller users for a better experience for both. Win win
Just give it some time and the next wave of cheats will have already bypassed that. Fighting cheaters is a losing battle, if you ask me.
Seems like they're creating new jobs for anti hackers...
I just love how much work developers are putting into this, all to enable control system that is obviously unsuited to the game.
I sometimes wonder where the limit is. Could we get them to improve autoaim enough so we can, say, play with motion controls?
