Mid West US. What sucks the most is there are tons of LX and EX Sportages sitting on lots unwanted. But Kia just isn’t shipping out many Prestige Versions.
With gas prices being that volatile, people are looking at hybrids and plugin hybrids more and more (if you're still not comfortable going full electric). Add the shortages to the mix, and yeah.
It’s not even that they’re hybrids though. There’s 40 Sportage HEV/PHEVs available in 25 miles around me. Only 3 are Prestige trim and they’re all shipping/spoken for. The other 37 are lower trims just sitting on the lot and have been all month.
Autotrader gives me only 4 Hybrids, 250km around Toronto, and they're all lower trims, so yeah, it's even worse up here.
I’d be interested in seeing an allocation tracker too, if it exists
