There's a ton of great ones, but Darksiders has to be the king of the AA space. Love that game. All 4 of them are good, actually. And pretty different.

I was thinking about getting that game. Haven't played a good God of War clone since Dante's Inferno and Marlow Briggs.
Before the Echo (pka. Sequence) is a Dance Dance Revolution RPG using music by Ronald Jenkees. The story is some real cringe, I don't remember if there was voice acting but if so I'm sure it's no better, and anyone super into Stepmania would probably find it too easy. Also there's more fights than songs so you get some repeats.
But damn I loved it. There's some interesting mechanics like casting spells requiring you to combo a specific section of notes, and every fight has a time limit because you have to do enough damage to kill the enemy before the song ends. Well worth the $5 it's at now. (And just noticed it's got a recommendation from TotalBiscuit, RIP.)
Does Shadows of the Damned count? Man, that game is ridiculous but fantastic.
I'd count anything from Grasshopper Manufacture. They are the kings of B-Grade games.
