Nah, this is a pretty obviously moral situation. If someone shows up in your house, fully intent on taking your stuff and killing you if you resist... you are WHOLLY justified in killing them first. Morally and logically.

The fact there are governments condoning it only makes it more moral to merc them for violating the social contract of peace so fully.
