I always thought people went to Willie's 4th of July Picnic for the music. Willie Nelson, Dwight Yoakum, Asleep at the Wheel, Shakey Graves, etc all played. For fireworks I'd pick Lady Bird Lake instead for sure

No argument here, I'd pick Sousa marches over most other music any day lol
They didn't play the 1812 Overture this year, slightly disappointing.
Yeah, the Q2 experience is a little too “new Austin”. The more established venues have had time to polish the experience.
Were people inside the stadium able to see them?
Not really. It was a chance for Willie to get set up on stage, though.
