Currently growing 3 different cucumbers(lemon, marketmore,Persian), jalapeños,Thai chilis, bell pepper, banana pepper, tomatoes, some butter crunch lettuce that hasn’t bolted yet surprisingly, broccoli. All on the same stand and getting great harvests! I keep ph around 6.5 and EC around 2.5. Im debating going full hydro for everything except trees/bush/root veggies since it’s been so rewarding.

Did you build the tower yourself or buy it?

Bought. I looked into diy but honestly was too lazy lol. It’s a lettuce grow farm stand and has everything you need minus the plants themself. It has good spacing and blocks light inside the system to prevent algae growth. They sell seedlings but they are way to expensive now. I start my own with a simple led grow light and jiffy peat pellets+clay pebbles+fan

No that's fair I did look at a DIY solution as well but also decided it was too much work lol

So that's all 1 system? What type of nutrients do you use? I've only dabbled with lettuce since nutrient concerns and timing of them are minimal.
If you're growing fruiting plants when do you know to swap to bloom nutrients? Does that affect your lettuce since it's all the same system? How many seasons have you been doing this?

I used Jacks Hydroponic 5-12-26 Part A and part B. Idk if it’s my climate(10a) but it’s all I’ve had to use. I have also had no issues with multiple plants in the same tower. I’ve grown fruiting and leaf plants at the same time. I don’t use bloom nutrients. I’ve been doing this since ~2020. I found through trial/error that keeping ph at ~6 and my EC at ~2.5 everything just seemed to grow without issue lol. I always grow in season and don’t try to start lettuce in the middle of a hot summer for example.

Thanks for sharing - I'm in a 7a zone. I've just been using a kelp meal and targeting a 5.8pH for my lettuce but took the system down for cooler times as they all started bolting.... I should have put them under some shade.....
