So the woman asked Aeon Delight "to publicly acknowledge and reward their trustworthy staff."

According to the article the worker received "praise", 'applause". "Celebrations", and "pride".

Nowhere is their mention of the worker receiving any percentage of (assuming similar pay-rate to this guy) 225 days wages.

It's always a huge joke when workers can be rewarded with praise and celebrations for doing something exceptional but it doesn't benefit them at all once everyone mudah lupa.
