It's all part of the broken copyright law in the US and the even worse copyright law in Japan. Because of the constant threat of lawsuits against them YouTube and now most websites, use AI robots to handle claims, those robots can't spot the difference between a real complaint and a fake one, and then you add on top of that automated complaint companies who just send massive amounts of copyright complaints out using their AI robots, it's a massive pain in the ass. You can do this job as a gig worker, sites like Fiverr used to have job postings where you would send out a couple of thousand DMCAs for companies and they paid about 50 bucks.

So while it's funny, it's a warning sign things are also going to get worse as AI robots continue the DMCA wars.
