I can't tell what damage is from the missile and what damage is from the Russian economy

I wonder if it was due to low quality NK ammunition? I read that the quality is so poor, some ammunition either doesn't have enough explosive to make the round go far enough and some have too much and it blows up the Artillery.

It must have been a cruise missile. The cruise missiles which Russia uses to bomb us are sizeable and have a huge impact.
