Wow cool news, and great to hear the deposit is in Norway and not some place like Russia (which already has the dominant deposits of these materials according to the article)

Agreed, I'm curious how this ends up being managed as well. Will proceeds fund their sovereign wealth fund the way oil and gas proceeds do? If so what does that mean for their economy?
