When I read articles like this one, I like to set a calendar reminder sometime in the future with the name of the perp and a brief description of what they did. On September 17 (picked randomly four months ahead), I'll get a notification to:

Check Sean Hollonbeck - psycho pointed AR-15 at uber driver

and read any court updates. If there's no new info or there's a delay I'll reschedule for another future date and reap the schadenfreude.
