That’s awesome man. I don’t know why but bad lume is a major deal breaker for me, especially on 2k+ Swiss watches.

I find it egregious that a $150 heimdallr can offer insane lume that lasts all night, and the big Swiss names often times get away with providing lume that’s complete shit.

I can’t tell you how many watches I haven’t bought solely because the lume sucks on it.

That’s probably not a bad thing though! lol

I have that issue with every SuperLuminova watch that I have, which is part of why I went for this one. All of the applied markers are tritium gas vials, so they glow violently, but only for 10 or 15 years. I have pistol sights one a few of my guns that use the same tritium vials for low light shooting. I love the stuff. Check out the rest of Ball’s line, almost all of their watches use tritium.

Ah gotcha ok, I didn’t realize it was tritium. I’ve never owned a tritium watch.

My problem is that I love both good lume and vintage style watches. The Venn diagram between those two things has very little overlap lol.

I’ve found a couple that are pretty good, but it’s uncommon.
