Plasma 6 Bugs

If you encounter a bug, proceed to https://bugs.kde.org, check whether it has been reported.

If it hasn't, report it yourself.

PLEASE THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE POSTING HERE.

Developers do not look for reports on social media, so they will not see it and all it does is clutter up the feed.

This week in KDE: we modernized the breeze cursors, created a new banner component and released a "KDE For Travelers" webpage.

@[email protected] @[email protected] is the KDE Itenerary app on the Google Play store still being updated?

@brucehankins @kde @[email protected] We'd love to update it but Google isn't allowing us to do that anymore since early 2022, due to Itinerary being able to store vaccination certificates.

That just goes to show that we really need to get rid of the Google dependency in our life. F-Droid, Plasma Mobile, all great solutions that really need more mainstream use.

@VolkerKrause @brucehankins @[email protected] @[email protected] And having that as a compile-time option not shipping that feature in Google builds?

@sneufeind @brucehankins @kde @[email protected] That would probably work. However it would require our infrastructure to be able to produce separate APKs (and separate metadata with separate translations, as we aren't even allowed to mention that topic), which it currently cannot do unfortunately.
