As title says, I am looking for a place where devs can discuss projects focused on blockchain, share resources etc.

Hi Kurogane, I created this community in the hope that a conversation around blockchain technology itself could take off, as opposed to cryptocurrency investing.

This might become the place you are looking for, but it will take some time.
