Apparently, it's rare for lawyers to draw objections during their opening statements, but it happened twice for Trump's team today and the judge sustained both objections.

All the party bosses want a say and to go to the convention. This gets down to the county by county level, wheras the electoral college is simply one vote per congressional district and one vote per senator.

It's the same thing on the Democratic side. 3,936 total delegates, 1,969 needed to win. Biden has 3,061.
