There are a huge amount of artists and creators out there. There's already people creating things you like, but you may not have 100% control over every single detail. If you are that fussy that you can't compromise, you can pony out the cash to an artist to get something good and not random noise generated garbage that you have to try over and over again to make a still image you like (and if you aren't trying to remake it over and over again, you aren't actually that picky, you just like whatever is put on the plate in front of you) that won't carry the intent or subtle details you want OR...just make it yourself. Media creation is not something only 'talented' people can make. Many people get into being artists because they want to bring to life their ideas, and that resonates with a huge amount of other people, and can help draw a circle around that interest and get more people creating in that sub-genre and vibe.
Looking at a picture from a LLM alone in your room sounds pretty sad. That's not "media tailored to your preferences", that's gorging doritos on the couch for your dinner because you're too cheap for anything else and your tastes are basic.
