How have you found training frequency to affect your workout results? What would be the difference if you bench pressed only once per 10 days compared to 2-3 times per week?

Good question. The only slightly relevant info I have is that apparently doubling a workout makes no difference. The study is obviously flawed by virtue of a sample size of 2, lol. But it's interesting to think about.

For myself, I do whatever programming my crossfit gym has, 5 days a week. We usually cycle various lifts every month or so, and I definitely have been noticing good improvement at this pace.
