I've only had the time to watch one episode so far. But it definitely felt like a good show adaptation. Episode one felt like a classic fallout opening.

It's a fantastic show. My biggest complaint is a problem we've been seeing with a lot of shows lately: not enough episodes in a season. Almost feels like it's just a half season really.

But when the biggest complaint is that I wanted more, that's a good sign.

Meanwhile, asian shows dump you with 20+ episodes per season

With 15 filler episodes.

whats funny is when in the topic of japan specifically, they used to talk about the complete oppisite situation, as asian seeies lasted no more than a year back then, while thr U.S had long running shows like Friends, Fraiser, Full House and such, where a show got a lot of content

All of those shows are vastly different from something like Fallout regarding production overhead. With that said I wouldn’t mind some long running slice of life Friends or Seinfeld style show in the Fallout universe.

13 hour days for the cast and crew to do that (similar hours to star trek in the 90s)
