Here's an idea: Raise your prices WITHOUT doing some cutesy "fee" thing, raise servers pay and then tell your customers you don't accept tips, like MOST of the western world.

Yeah, we've learned that people would rather buy a $25 thing with free shipping than the same thing for $20 plus $3 shipping. Tagging on extra fees hurts your image more than just raising the price to cover all fees yourself.

I agree. Charge what you should charge to pay a livable wage, stop being greedy. I don’t even have confidence that these fees go to the people they are meant to go to, aka the workers.
