Is the location called Texas city?? I kept reading it like "which city in texas!?"
Yes, Ill edit the title but the publication made the mistake. Texas City is south east of Houston, its mostly an oil and chemical plant town.

Yes, it's improperly capitalized in the link: Texas City. That would have made it much less ambiguous.
