Yes i know, Google frequently does such things when Germany lets them take down hatespeach or videos that would violate the German laws regarding nazi symbolism. They also did that when a German copyright agency just claimed everything even if it wasn't actually theirs or protected under different laws. They just put the "this video is not available in your country because your laws suck" screen on a video claimed. It was however available from everywhere else.
