We weren't allowed to wear hooded sweatshirts or coats at all. Crewnecks and collared coats only. Go into your local highschool and take note of how many of the kids are wearing hoodies and imagine if one day they were banned.

Seconding this. My niece in middle school can’t wear hoodies.
