Mabuhay at maligayang pag-alis sa Lemmy! โœˆ๏ธ

An abandoned community for the Philippines and all things Filipino! ๐Ÿ‡ต๐Ÿ‡ญ

Started out as a Reddit alternative during the blackout from Jun 12-21, 2023 with over 1k members in just a few days. Fizzled faster than the "I Didn't Do It" kid after a month until it became the internet's Centralia in less than a year.

Not a lawyer.

But basically this is a legal way of telling someone stfu. Either because you can't snitch on the corporate secrets, or you can't whistleblow questionable behavior, if INC is to be considered as the context for this NDA.

You always bring a lawyer to these things to read the fine print and make sure terms are just (i.e. no one gets f*ked over).

Kind of hypocritical from a religious institution, since iirc 'salvation' never had paperwork like this. The only org i know that can behave in a way like this (or probably even worse) is S c 1 e n t 0 l 0 gy
