Crash testing in vehicles are done based on the male physiology. Women are more likely to die in a crash because of this.

One 2019 study published in the journal Traffic Injury Prevention found that women are 73% more likely to be seriously injured in a crash compared to men.

I don't know how relevant this is. In the UK 75% of all road accident fatalities are male. They also make up the majority of casualties.

Does the Traffic Injury prevention report account for deaths. It could be the case woman are being injured where men are more likely to have died. It could also be the smaller sample size compared to men influencing the results. The article only talks about individual people experience not the actual statics.

I can't imagine it being that different from the UK results. Where men are dieing at three times the rate of women. If you want to save more life's, male test dummies are more useful. The people pushing this issue seems to be a startup trying to sell million dollar dummies.
