Would love to live above Cream + Sugar, that place is awesome! In urban areas like these I always look up and wonder if tenants are paying a fortune for the location.

Housing prices are completely absurd in the city. I’m glad we’re building some affordable housing options. All these cut and paste “luxury” apartments are driving rent through the roof and it’s going to drive people further out of the city. My apartment complex is up 15% from last year for new residents.
