If this is a serious question, voter suppression and gerrymandering.

Significant hurdles are put in place to make it damn hard for working class blue voters to vote.

ALSO, gerrymandering can backfire if never Trumpers get off their butt and vote in districts that are supposed to be locks for Republicans - so VOTE dammit!
