Looking for a specific turtle turnover (self.judo)

In this technique, you reach between uke's legs, grab their belt, and pull it straight up to turn them over. Does anyone recognize this, and if so, do you know if it has a name or if there's a video of it floating around?

Yes, it's for attacking a tight turtle

I tried to find something but I can't see any videos showing that sort of movement. Do you have any specific questions on it?

No worries, thanks for checking. I just wanted to see it done because I don't remember it perfectly. I don't have the contact info for the person who taught it to me :(
