I’m Saudi. If I may ask are you Korean? Is this the general sentiment about the project and the participation of Korean companies in it?

I thought it was only Westerners who hate NEOM for some reason.

If it gets built (it won’t) they’ll give up/lose interest like the 14 floor “megatower” in Jeddah.

This is an ignorant comparison. The Jeddah Tower is by a private company and has been resumed last year. NEOM is a project by the Saudi government. The Saudi government has been able to deliver on its mega projects. Just take for example how many railways were built in the last decade.

Edit: it looks like you are a Western Islamophobe. Go figure. I knew Koreans aren’t this rabid and deranged. It is a shame your hate and envy blind you.
